The Coming Back Out Tea Dance is a sumptuous, social afternoon event celebrating LGBTIQ+ communities of ALL ages, inspired by the acclaimed Coming Back Out Salon and LGBTIQ+ Dance Club. Revel in sparkling music, trip the light fantastic on the dance-floor and enjoy cheeky chats as we come together and feel mighty real! Intergenerational & inclusive, all LGBTIQ+ and allied communities are warmly welcome.
ATQM presented the inaugural Coming Back Out Tea Dance at Collingwood Town Hall on Sunday 1 May 2021, featuring a stunning constellation of rainbow and allied performers from Naarm including: Miss Katalyna, Simone Page Jones, Ronnie Rai, Tina Del Twist, Miss First Nations 2021 Cerulean, Nefertiti LaNegra, DANDROGYNY, Tanzer and many others.
